The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops and an island with seating for guests - perfect for chatting with the chef! The water level is currently at a historic low. Unfortunately, this makes it more difficult to access the dock. If you do plan to use the dock, use extra caution. Please use at your own risk.
Refunds will not be given for low lake levels.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
