Summary: Location is great! Felt like we were away from everything but in reality were less than 10 minutes from a grocery store and some restaurants. Nice outdoor area for grilling and hanging out. We rented a canoe from next door. As another reviewer mentioned, there’s no window treatments in the master bedroom. Something to be aware of if you’re concerned about privacy or sleeping really late. However the lot is big so you have some space between neighbors and it wasn’t a big deal for us. This place worked out great for my family of four and would also be good for couples or groups of adults.

Summary: The property is beautiful, peaceful, and has all the amenities of home. Love the location, fun attractionsare within a short travel for adventure seekers! My son proposed to his longtime girlfriend on the river bank at sunset; it was absolutely stunning 😍 a memory we will cherish forever! We brought our furfriends and they had a great time as well! When we had a couple moments of confusion, Stephanie was prompt with answers and amazing to work with. Without a doubt we will visit again soon! Looking forward to making more amazing memories on this river for sure!

Summary: House is great. Comfortable and everything you need. Close to all amenities. Sitting in the backyard by the river with just the sounds of the birds was quite liberating. Just bring your stuff and enjoy a great stay.

Summary: This property is adorable. The house is cute and clean and right on the water. Stephanie was an A.MAZ.ING host. Quick to reply and make accommodations whenever she was able. We would consider staycationing here again!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is on a large, very private lot right on the river. The house is very nice. The wall of windows in the living/ dining/ kitchen space is impressive. The only two things we would have liked better. One, there needs to be instructions for the upstairs shower. There are 8-10 different knobs that control the many wonderful but different shower features. Two, there are no window coverings on the master bedroom window. It was not a big deal because it is upstairs and away from other houses, but it bothered my wife some.
