Positive: Property was at the perfect location. Beautiful view. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the balcony and listen to the ocean waves. Property was clean and bright. Everything worked the way it should.
Negative: We wish we could have had the option to add a third parking space even just for the day. Only having two spots was challenging. The furniture and decorations were a little bit outdated. Also would have preferred not having carpet in the bedrooms, which also seems to be dated. Other than that, everything was clean and a wonderful location on the beach.

Negative: The bathroom shower had mold all in it. The floors are tile and like ice once they get wet. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for young children or the elderly. We were told to check in at a location NOT on the property, then received a text telling us our room was ready to check in along with a door code. I went to the office and was told the parking pass and wristbands would be in our room. When we got to the room they were not in our room. It was a constant back and forth with Vacasa, there was NO consistency in their “customer service.” They also had to send someone over because none of the tv remotes worked for the three televisions. The living room remote had five different remotes and each room had two remotes, NONE of them were labeled and were in the wrong room. For over $300 a night, we were NOT impressed with their lack of customer service. The location was beautiful.
Summary: Location was beautiful but Vacasa is a joke and we will NEVER use them again.
