Within 5 min's walk from the harbor beach, this beautifully decorated fourth-floor, three-bedroom flat has stunning views of the old town harbor and the sea - something most hotels in Kaleici cannot offer. Located right in the center of Antalya's lively and picturesque old town, Kaleici, an area full of bars, restaurants and shops, this flat offers a great holiday opportunity for those who prefer the option of self-catering.
This is a comfortable and beautifully decorated fourth-floor flat ideally located in Antalya's beautiful old town. There are three bedrooms, but would ideally sleep 4 people as there is just one bathroom. The third bedroom with two single beds could be an ideal room for children, however. The flat is an ideal place for those on a smaller budget who also want the freedom of self-catering.
The entire flat is available to guests.
If you need an extra room for work, please let us know with your booking, so that we can prepare an office room with a table and chair.
This is a fourth floor apartment and there is no lift.
Please note that the flat is located in a very lively and busy part of the old town and some people may find it noisy, especially at night. We have spent lots of time there and have found that, with the windows and balcony closed, the noise level is fine. However, we feel it is only fair to warn people who might be more sensitive to noise.
So, we also want to tell people in advance that the water pressure in the shower / toilet is not very high. This is a general problem in Turkey and in the building in which the flat is located. Again, we want people to be aware of this before they book / arrive at the flat in case this is a problem for them.
Please also note that there is no parking available at this property. The rules for cars entering Kaleici (the old town) are extremely strict. Guests with a rental car would need to park outside the old town and walk to the flat (Here is our recommended parking spot).

Summary: My holiday in Antalya was dreamy thanks to this flat, amazing hosts! I already missed the wonderful view of the apartment. I didn't lose any time on roads as both the beach and night life were only 5 minutes away. The cooking facilities were very good so I didn't have to eat outside. If I go back to Antalya, I will definitely stay here!

Summary: Through the streets of the old town of Kaleici leaves an unforgettable experience. The view of the old harbor, the sea, the mountains, beyond all expectations! The proximity of the park offers the possibility of walking. Good transport connections. When you are young you are full of life, you are friends with sports, you have no problem with your placement. There is heat in the cold season, not cold. Everything you need for a comfortable stay (bed linen, detergent, towels, food) ... - The 4th floor is difficult because there is no elevator. For those who don't like noise, it makes some noise, although we have no discomfort in the closed windows. On the other hand, you will have live music, interesting artists and all of this as an audience without leaving the apartment ...

Summary: I had a wonderful time. The flat was comfortable and located very centrally - in the heart of the old-town, and 5 min walk from the beach. I felt most comfortable there, and enjoyed cooking at home as well as going to one of the dozens of restaurants and pubs nearby. The atmosphere was great in the city. It was lovely strolling around in the neighbourhood and chatting with people on the streets. I particularly enjoyed the ravishing blend of old Osmotic architecture and modern Turkey. I will definitely come back in summer, either with my wife or together with some friends. Sercan’s uncle gave us the keys to the flat, at was always at hand for guiding us on car rental services or nice places to visit in the town. I felt very much at ease, and are definitely looking forward to coming back to Sercan’s place and spending more time on the beach, or discovering the outskirts of Antalya which are full of antique culture and beautiful nature. The nice thing about the flat, I felt was that it was equally well fitted for couples as for group of friends up to 6 people. So I might come back soon with some friends! "
