Basics:
Our house is on a quiet street a few blocks from Passyunk Avenue and is surrounded by diverse and delicious food, shops, and restaurants on Passyunk Avenue.
Easy access to Wells Fargo, Citizens Bank Park, and the Linc. If you're headed north, you'll be just a few subway or bus stops away from the Convention Center and City Hall. The Broad Street line at Broad and Snyder is just blocks away, and the 11th Street bus is steps from our house. It's also Easy to Uber/Lyft, and we'd recommend it!
Parking:
Street Parking is available, and no residential permits are needed for:
-Cantrell St
- 11th St.
- 12th St.
Parking a few blocks away is the standard in the city. If you need to unload a pet or luggage more easily before parking, you can temporarily idle across from the front door 1122 and unload, but please never block these garages for more than 10 minutes. If you stay for 3+ nights, we will get you a residential parking permit to make it easier.
***We recommend not parking on Cantrell because it is difficult for most folks to maneuver.
The space includes:
There are two bedrooms. The first room has a full bed, and the second has a king bed.
The second bedroom has a desk and 4 K Monitor with an HD cord included, which is ideal for remote workers or those who want to hook up a computer to stream.
The living room includes two couches and a 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix included. Verizon high-speed WiFi.
There is a Full Kitchen with a coffee maker, electric kettle, tea, and coffee, as well as a private patio with seating for a few!
The entire space is yours.
We ask that you abide by quiet hours (10 pm-6 am) and do not play music or gather loudly on the patio or out front after that time. Philly homes are attached and very close to one another. Please be respectful; most of the block is home to families and young professionals, and some individuals will gladly call the authorities if there are noise disturbances.
