Summary: Maryvonne and Gerard are top-hosts and lovely people: caring, generous and responsive. So when there was an issue with the AC, they immediately made sure it was resolved the next day. The apartment is in good shape, fully equipped and well located to explore Provence with highway, gas station and two supermarkets close nearby.

Summary: Great for a family. If you like Rhone wine especially Chateauneuf Du Pape this location could not be much better. Avignon just a short drive away is well worth a day visit. Nice easy biking around the vineyards. Hosts very pleasant and gave us a very nice bottle of wine

Summary: (Scroll down for English) Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Sorgues. Maryvonne et Gérard sont tout autant très discrets que sympathiques et serviables et leur chien Jazz est adorable. La maison était parfaite pour nous quatre et le jardin et la piscine très calmes et privés. Un point idéal pour découvrir la région en voiture tout en bénéficiant d’un coin de repos et détente avec notamment la table de ping pong 🏓. JG Ditto. I would add a little personal note to say that in addition to staying in a lovely place in Provence and enjoying a well-needed week of rest with the family, one of the things that makes staying in a home rental memorable is the connection to the people who make your stay a special one. Yes, we will remember the fully equipped house, the beautiful garden, the lovely pool, and well used ping-pong table for our family tournaments, but we also leave with fond memories of Maryvonne & Gérard’s warmth and kindness. (And cuddles with their wonderful dog Jazz :-). It was a real treat to get to know them and this is in my view, a true gift for anyone who stays here. To the next guests... Enjoy! SM

Summary: My friend Judd and I had booked several places in France to facilitate a three week tour of some of the wine growing regions of France, amongst them Chateauneuf-du-Pape. We found the apartment very clean and tidy with a bedroom and bathroom each in addition to a living area, kitchen and laundry facilities. The hosts provided phone numbers and we already had their email address, so liaison prior to arrival was no problem. We were also able to park our car on the premises. Information provided by our hosts concerning nearby boulangeries and restaurants was not entirely accurate, being dated. The location is very convenient for touring to Avignon as well, but we had a car. The pool water was quite warm during our stay in the third week of May.
