Cozy apartment for two people close to Condado, Ocean Park and Old San Juan. It is only 5 minutes driving to the Beach and about 15 minutes to Old San Juan. This unit is also close to "La Placita de Santurce" and walking distance to "La Casita Blanca" one of the most famous restaurants in San Juan. The unit is part of a large house divided into 5 units and it is. very quiet as it is in the back of the house. This unit is small and it has a futon that is really more comfortable for children than for adults.
Ideal for those looking for a base in Puerto Rico to travel all around the island and come back to a Cozy home. If you are looking for something in particular please reach out to us, we can help you at an additional cost with anything.

Casa Magdalena has been in the same family for more than 45 years. This is a big house divided into units in a local neighborhood. This stay is for those looking to save money but also be immersed in Puerto Rico's local environment. (You may run into pigs and roosters in front of the house. )The house was built in the 50's in a Art Deco style and we have done our best to make everything comfortable for your stay. However, if you are looking for a modern new stay, this is not the place for you. Monteflores is next to a lower end neighborhood that to some may seem too downtrodden and to others a piece of Puerto Rican color. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. We strive to give you a great experience but want to set your expectations so that you do not arrive expecting to be in a hotel environment. The stay is completely safe and fun as it is close to all San Juan attractions so you are getting the best of both worlds at a better price. As hosts we are Puerto Rican and enjoy hosting those people that want to enjoy are culture. Please reach out to us for anything. We are here to help you have a great time in our beautiful island.
Neighborhood info
Monteflores is close to beaches and all great and fun neighborhoods. This neighborhood is local and not surrounded by commerce. It is ideal to have a car as Ubers can be a challenge at times. If you are looking for a hotel area, this is not a hotel but a local experience.
During your stay be sure to visit the Port of San Juan and Pan American Pier. Looking for a casino? Casino del Mar at La Concha Resort is a 10 minute drive.
