Summary: We were in Budapest (10 days) for a sports event and needed a place within walking distance with a kitchen and laundry options. This was the perfect fit. The unit was clean and well supplied. The owner had a gift basket ready for our arrival. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the wifi worked. Not a luxury apartment – if you’re expecting a big screen TV and large sofas – this isn’t for you. Good clean basic accommodations…affordable…we spent the difference on great dinners…we don’t base accommodations on staying indoors…priorities: clean, quiet, kitchen, laundry, wifi, safe, great location. This is a review (good and bad) ….you should know, it’s a little dated…but what isn’t in Europe (lol), it smelled a little musty upon entry...the unit needed airing out, it may have been closed for some time…after 2 days it was better. This is not a unit for the elderly (or unfit) the apartment is on the 3rd floor with a very tight and windy concrete stair case – there is no elevator. Also, the beds are situated in a loft above the living room – with very steep stairs leading to the loft. Also entry/exit into the bath tub to access the shower was very deep and may be difficult to maneuver for seniors. You should also know that the windows face the interior courtyard – not street facing. This is a secure indoor (tenants only) courtyard and can only be accessed upon entering the main locked door. The VRBO photos suggest the windows are street ward, they are not. However, it was very quiet – no outside noise whatsoever. The apartment is perfectly located for events at any of the stadiums near the Papp László Sports arena. We walked to the stadium and the core areas around the main train terminal, the Arena Mall and the thermal baths. Easy to get around. There is a grocery store (open until 9pm) right across the street – bakery, beer and wine options. There’s a discount store on the corner for all your needs...toothpaste, shampoo, umbrella etc.. We had no issues walking late at night – we never returned to the apartment any earlier than 830 pm, on occasion pass 10 pm…no safety concerns. But you need to be aware of your surroundings anywhere you go. We would return to this apartment. We were able to visit the core tourist areas and the money we saved from the 4 star hotel prices enabled us to enjoy other luxuries. Hope this was helpful.

Summary: We stayed in B.B.B. apartment at July 2013. Having Vivi as our host was wonderful! We arrived at midnight and she was waiting us, there was no problem with the late arriving. She was very helpful, provided maps, suggested best local restaurants, pubs etc. At our departure day she arranged us a shuttle back to the airport. The apartment itself was great, equipped with WIFI and everything that we needed. Very clean, very cozy with comfortable bed. The apartment was incredibly peaceful at night.. The building is beautiful with full of history. The entrance gate is georgious! 5-6 years with my wife using apartments, but this one was the BEST! The location just perfect. Being that close to the Kelety Station enabled us to go to the country 'home' and drop our stuff, take a rest and go on with our sightseeing. Very convenient. There is a shopping center with a market right in front of the apartment, they sell fresh eggs, cheese, all the freshest dairy you can think of. There is also a bakery shop and vine shop and quite a few number of great cafes and restaurants everything there is cheaper than in the rest of the city. All in all we had great time and definitely will come back!

Summary: The apartment is perfect for visiting Budapest. We arrived in late night (01:00 AM) and Viviana (the owner) come at the apartment to give us the keys and a lot of information about Budapest. The apartment is clear and full equipped; the nearest metro station is approchable in 5 minutes of walking and in front of the buildings there's a big market where you can buy all you need. we are really satisfied. We want to suggest to everybody this apartment if you are visiting budapest for one day, for a week or for a month!

Summary: "Book this studio! Vivi is so helpful & the apartment is beautifully presented. Clean, very large in size for a studio style apartment, great Wifi and the kitchen is so handy. It's also walking distance to one of the best baths in Budapest & only minutes walk to the metro lines. We stayed one week but with its own washing machine, you could stay longer."

Summary: "Stayed there for 6 nights, and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean, convenient and well equipped; the owner was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage of this apartment, in my opinion, is its non-central location, but other than that- highly recommended."
