Summary: The Ms. And I have been wanting to get away from our families(in the best way) and have some time to ourselves, without having to go stay in some crummy hotel, or some outrageous house. This Evolve property was a little slice of heaven with all the amenities, and inner workings of a home. We were able to make a short drive to Food City in Trenton(15-20 minutes away depending on who’s driving😂) and bring home a nice meal with all the utensils we’d need to prepare it there. There’s water access, with kayaks and fishing poles with spin bait to boot. If that kind of thing isn’t your style fear not, there’s also a hot tub, with a bit of lighting for the mood, and a beautiful view of the property if you’d rather take it in from afar. We only saw the property owner once, but he seems to be a great person with plenty of stories to swap. All in all it was a great experience and exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend that you stay here if you need to take a small step back from every day life. -Camron & Cora B-

Summary: The property is the garage apartment at someone’s house. The owner was really nice and came out a few times to cover the hot tub and he brought food for my kids to feed the ducks. There were snacks and drinks available at check-in. It’s in the middle of nowhere but we really enjoyed just relaxing and kayaking in the pond. Great stay overall.

Summary: The a/c wasn't working upon arrival. The owner was willing to get someone out there the next morning. We were able to get it working ourselves overnight. They left us several snacks and goodies that we really appreciated. The hot tub was really nice, but was cold for a day. The owner was great at getting it up and going again. The only other issue was it was right outside their house. It just didn't feel very private. I think the listing should also be clear that it's a loft apartment above their garage. We might've picked a different location for that reason alone. We were able to use their grill one night. They were very accommodating in getting that set up for us. The property was very beautiful with the pond. We were able to use the paddle boat for a romantic stroll. Overall we had a great vacation. I would recommend staying here. As long as you're comfortable staying in a part of someone's house they're living in. The owners are extremely nice.

Summary: This property is beautiful place, tucked away in a surreal quiet property, with ponds, wild life and even a private hot tub. Sunsets and sunrise are amazing here! Local restaurants with great food and close to day trips to falls etc. Will definitely be back!
