Summary: CONVENIENCE: checking in went smoothly. Keyless entry. Don’t need to worry about losing/misplacing your key. Coldwater Springs was a great & central location for all of us.CLEANLINESS: upon entry, everything was clean and in order. All the kitchen appliances & needs were available & operable. Enjoyed every room in this home. Very comfy. This home is very spacious. And the rocking recliner was on point for one family member…FAMILY ORIENTED: board games, pool table, pool apparatus were available to keep the family entertained.OVERALL: our ‘ohana felt comfortable & secure on property. And Samantha our Guest Coordinator is accountable, is always available and responds quickly whenever we had any questions/inquiries or needed assistance. Mahalo Samantha & Marisa. Summary: The house was nice, but there were no instructions for heating the pool, and the control panel for the heater did not turn on. I tried contacting the property manager with no response. Would have loved to use the pool more, but it was basically a cold plunge!!

Summary: Very clean and well stocked! The pool table was more fun and used more than we expected. Glad the closets had a lot of hangers as the 2 other bedrooms did not have any dressers for our clothes. We did have a minor issue with heating the pool but the host was phenomenal in getting it corrected...and fast. I understand things happen but what I evaluate is how the host responds and corrects an issue and Samantha receives an A+ in dealing with the pool heater issue. She is one of the best hosts we have dealt with....thank you! We definitely would stay again!
