Summary: Spacious condo. Good location for Williamsburg. Pool and activities were great Communication was cumbersome - ask for photo ID? Some friction as to whether we could check in post midnight after a late flight. (We could, check in was fine). But seemed like more stress than needed. Great place for busch gardens etc. reasonably priced

Summary: Stayed for a couple of quiet days away. Easy check-in/out experience, plenty of living space, close enough to stores and restaurants but far enough to be quiet. It was nice being able to use the various amenities without too many people around. Having a kitchen was great, but I am glad I brought some essentials (only a little salt and pepper was provided. I wouldn’t have liked having to buy additional spices if I hadn’t brought them - yay for being an over-packer). But nothing really to complain about, would definitely consider using again.

Summary: The property itself looks like it could use updating, but the interiors were clean and set up nicely. The Wifi was a bit spotty but we did not pay for the upgraded Wifi. After using the Wifi for free, I could not go back and get the upgraded version, so I don't know if it was better. Our check in process was smooth and the location was convenient.

Summary: This was the perfect condo for our biannual girls trip. There were 4 of us and the unit had plenty of towels, dishes, pillows, etc. There was a broken fake drawer front sitting on the counter when we arrived and a few dust bunnies in the corners, but other than that, it was a wonderful condo.

Summary: This place has potential but is in desperate need of a facelift! It’s in a great location and close to so many things. There were multiple stains on the carpets and couches. The walls were scuffed the tiles were chipped and we saw more than a few bugs in the rooms. We will not be staying here again.

Summary: Everything was pretty good. No issues finding the property online or checking in. The resort itself is a nice place to hangout. The 2 bedroom unit we stayed in is very big and spacious. Kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with an outdoor deck that has an outdoor table with chairs for enjoying the outdoors. The only real issue was the condition of all the floors. If I was with a few guys it wouldn’t be much of an issue at all. Being there with my girlfriend, the worn dirty or stained path on the carpet from the front door, the dirty corners which looks like the non carpet floors were cleaned with something round which couldn’t get into the corners and the deeply cracked floor tiles in the lovely large master bathroom, were a big turn off for her and kept her from fully appreciating our stay there. I’d recommend to remove the carpet and tiles and redo the whole floor space with a beautiful waterproof vinyl plank flooring. That would solve a lot of problems except for getting those corners clean. The extra large jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom bathroom is great. 👍
