This 3br 2 bath deep water canal home is located in the desirable Hudson Beach Estates Community. This Waterfront community is a true water enthusiast’s paradise. This home offers an open floor plan, with a two-car garage. The home is a short walk to public beach and dining. Fish from your private backyard! Have your family enjoy all the fun in the sun year-round.
Whether it is having your morning coffee from your private patio overlooking the canal or sitting and relaxing by the fireplace, this ecletic home delivers a relaxing environment to help escape the daily grind.
Fishing poles, propane grill, fire pit, hammock, and three person kayak; all for guest use. Please notify before use. Wash down all items and put back properly.
This is an older home with its own charm and quirks. There are some creaky fans and doors from time to time. The plumbing is sensitive as we are by a saltwater canal. Be kind to the environment and throw away in a trash bin as much as you can and flush as little as you can.
This home is also located near a busier street road, though it is not a highway or interstate. While it is located in a nice neighborhood directly on the canal, traffic an be heard from time to time, and more so on the weekends.
For kayak use you will need a truck or larger vehicle for transport to the beach/dock down the road. You cannot kayak from the backyard.

Summary: The owner was great to deal with. Awesome communication. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was very convenient to shopping and eating and food delivery. It was a great experience. Would definitely stay here again.
