Summary: Overall a comfortable, quiet and well-secured property.

Summary: Apt was clean, AC and Hot Water works. Biggest problem is finding it (no street signs) and the various codes (main gate, side gates, front door) needed for access. Power went off at about 8PM (no fault of owner but main gate which is electrically operated was shut and inoperable, rendering leaving by car impossible. Gate should have a manual bypass.
