Summary: The house was great. It had everything we needed for our family stay and more! The very short walk to the beach is great, maybe a 25 yard walk through a beautifully landscaped area. The host was very communicative and helpful. We hope to make it down and stay here again!

Summary: We loved our stay at the Seascape. Clayton was incredibly responsive helping us with a couple of issues throughout the week. The house was great and everyone slept comfortably! The less than 3 minute walk to the beach was perfect. We also loved the access to the pool. Can’t say enough great things about this rental!

Summary: Great house! Contact person was over the top nice! Only minor problem was reviews lead me to believe well stocked with extras. It was not a big deal, but when it came to cooking I was a bit ill prepared and can say you should bring along things like tinfoil, extra paper towels etc. all in all it was a great place and I’d definitely return. Thank you Clay!

Summary: My husband and young kids stayed here for 4 days. This was one of the best vacations we've ever had. The home was equipped with everything we needed, plus some. The easy beach access made it super simple to go to and from the beach several times a day. My kids loved the paddle boards and outside games. The layout of the house was sensible and made it easy to have our own space when we needed it. Clay was very responsive. We will definitely come back for another family trip. Thank you :)
