Summary: There were a LOT of "stickers" in the driveway that stuck to my pants and painful to remove. The air conditioner in the living room was not working (an "E4" on the screen). There was no washcloth in the bathroom for the shower. The bathroom space was very, very tight.

Summary: House was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable if you didn't move much, but a little hard to get out of as it kinda ingulfs you. Couch was comfortable if you were lying on it, but not so comfortable for sitting, which is a shame as host reported it to be new. Eventhough lots of people use scrubbies we are old school and still prefer washcloths of which there were none. Only two towels available for use (there were two of us) and I always like an extra for my hair. I later saw a folded towel in cleaning closet with supplies but didnt know if it was for cleaning or bathing. It was 107 degrees on the day we arrived.There were two mini-split units, one in bedroom (worked very well) and one in LvRm (didnt work at all). Messaged host about it and he got back with me stating he knew it didnt work but bedroom was sufficient for whole house! Why then have two I wonder? We just went out for supper to cool off and let house cool. It did cool whole house but not till 2:45 a.m. (with it set at 67 degrees). Sorry to not be able to give a better review. I have stayed at about 10 VRBO's over the years and this is the 1st not so good review I have given. The driveway was plagued with honey bees (flowers were beautiful) and stickers which made it difficult to unload vehicle without being stuck or stung. I select VRBO's giving heavy considerations to reviews and feel others should have adequate info when shopping as well. Sorry again to host for not being able to give a more favorable review.

Summary: This little bungalow was perfect for my granddaughter who was returning to Tech for her last semester. She has a significant leg surgery over winter break, and needed a one level place to stay while she rehabed. This was perfect for her. Quiet, safe neighborhood which made me feel comfortable. Equipped with everything she needed. Chris, the host was fantastic, communicating frequently, and checking to see if she needed anything. Very pleased with this experience.

Summary: More than adequate for my needs. Well stocked kitchen (including grilling implements), shower even had body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Owner was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. Would definitely stay there again.
