Summary: We stayed for a few weeks while finishing up remodeling and had zero issues. House was clean, had everything we needed, and is located on a nice quiet Katy street convenient to grocery store and outdoor activities. Host checked in to make sure all was good but otherwise just let us do our thing. Would not hesitate to rent again

Summary: It would appear as though Climate Control was set or remotely operated. Sleep, especially at night was not comfortable. Tan in the Master Bedroom had just one speed. Fast or Off. I had no communication with the Property Managers so unable to rate it.

Summary: We rented this home due to a remodel in our home. The house was very nice, light and bright. My two boys enjoyed the stay and played soccer and baseball in the awesome field behind the house. Only suggestion would be to have some coffee and a wine opener :). But no big deal as stores are 5 mins away. I was able to relax after so much stress from our remodel. Office space also fantastic. Thank you!

Summary: We've stayed at this property before and returned because it was great and has everything we need. It's clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The owner was really good with communication with us when something (not the owner's fault) came up. We will definitely stay again!
