The location is spectacular. Our house is located in a village built overlooking the sea in a beautiful natural park in a creek declared a World Heritage Site. The whole village is characterized by a unique panoramic view but, in particular, our house is located in a very privileged position (high, facing the sea and with no other houses in front).
The house is newly built, tastefully decorated and fully equipped.
The house is one of the largest in the village, relying on an extra bedroom compared to the standard. It overlooks both sides of the village and the garden, located inland, offers the opportunity to relax.
And for the lazy people? If you don't want to cook ..... you can taste the excellent local dishes in the village restaurant.

Summary: We had a lovely relaxing week at tanca piras, Enrico/Ilaria were fantastic communicators leading up to our stay and nothing was too much to ask. The property has THE BEST views, the most beautiful sun rise and sun set. The pool (where we spent most of our time) was very clean and the life guards super friendly (the property comes with designated umbrella and 4 sunbeds allocated by the life guards). The pool was well used by other guests but it never felt too busy or full and the children made lots of friends. Chiara and Nicola (the property managers) were excellent - again nothing too much trouble. We visited Iglesias old town for the day - absolutely stunning! And a couple of beaches during our stay (Masau and Portixeddu* our favourite ). We cooked in the property more than we ate out (daughter has food allergies so often easier to eat in), the property is very well equipped and the supermarkets are really good (Conad was our fav for fresh meat, fish and cheese). Even the trip to the supermarket had stunning scenery - everywhere you drive - mountains on one side, sea on the other - beautiful!! Thank you for a lovely relaxing week away x

Summary: Nico made us feel even better then at home and was very kind also with the kids. We enjoyed our stay next door to our friends a lot (ask owner for next door house). Breathtaking view and very well equipped. Great surrounding for everyone loving outdoor activities like biking, climbing and water sports. Small beach in walking distance (20-30 min) many beautiful beaches can be reached with a short car ride. Good restaurants and gelateria in nebida.

Summary: The house is part of a small community in the village of Nebida that is located a bit in the mountains. Via a fence you enter the community (maybe 40 houses?). Houses are all nice colored, giving it a great look. The house itself is for 5 persons OK: you enter on living room level and 3 sleeping rooms are located downstairs. Living room itself is rather small in my opinion, as well as the garden (~10 m2). This makes that living in/around the house has a few limitations. The view from the house is however absolutely great - pictures are fully compliant with reality! Houses share a fantastic joint swimming pool, open the complete day - even in later evening. For kids an absolute plus (we found that this is not everywhere in Sardinia). Central in the community is a small hotel/restaurant, where you can get a nice diner during the evening (with the same astonishing view). Worth to mention is that the owners Enrico and Ilaria respond almost immediately if you have questions or issues via mail - big help because there are not a lot people speaking English in the community itself. That's service! Taking into account the reasonable costs for rental, this is absolutely a place to recommend.

Summary: Why is the 5th star missing? When we arrived on the 30th of April the apartment was not ready for handing over. May be the reason was a delayed information to Mrs Cerlini about the exact arrival date. But this wasn`t a problem for us. I think we were the first guests this year and the charwoman was in a hurry to clean the rooms. She forgot to have a look at the kitchen supplies and it was not all cleaned properly. - You can handle it better. We thought the coffee-percolator is a ´filter machine`. It´s only to prepare two espresso-cups. So we had to look for a coffee -pot and a filter. And there is only one bathroom equipped with a shower. The description says: two showers. But all in one: 4 big stars for the apartment in an incredible landscape and if you were lucky you could see a rainbow coming out of the sea while having your breakfast. Thank you Ilaria for unforgetable days in Nebida.

Summary: We had a great time in the apartement in this small tourist village at Nebida. The apartement is really nice and spacious. Everything you need is available and in good condition. The view from the apartement is breath-taking. And the children enjoyed the nice pool very much. The beaches, that are very near, are also great.

Summary: Our holidays at Nebida were simply the best. The house was very well equipped, with beautiful views. The sleeping area is partly in the ground which is great especially during hot summer nights. A car is a must so you can explore other amazing places of the whole sulcis inglesiente. We loved the nearby Masua beach, from where we did boat trips e.g. to the famous Pan di Zuccero and other places (Cala Domestica etc.). If one is looking for beautiful, calm and romantic holidays Nebida is the right place. Also our 3 children loved it. Thank you once again!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this well looked after, comfortable holiday home. Nebida is one of the top areas to visit in the Iglesias region, due to the amazing views on to the Pan di Zucchero, especially at sun set...and from this house we had the view all day, every day! Everything was clean, nicely decorated and the owners made sure a cot was provided for our baby. Great beaches nearby, but also the pool right in front of the house in case you are feeling lazy. Highly recommend this place, even if the windy road to get there is a little scary at first. We soon got used to the drive (it's not that bad and people actually drive quite carefully) and enjoyed the breathtaking views along the way.
