Positive: I stayed in this apartment for a short solo trip and it was perfect for my needs. The space was clean and felt roomy for one person. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare breakfast and light evening meals. The location couldn’t be better—right on a pedestrian street in the heart of the city, with easy walking access to everywhere I wanted to go. The bed was comfortable, and overall the apartment matched my expectations. Good value for the price.

Negative: The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, but sound insulation between units could be better—I could hear the neighbor’s alarm clock through the wall. Also, every morning at 6:30, a street cleaning vehicle started washing the pedestrian street right outside the window, and the noise carried into the apartment. If you're sensitive to noise, I recommend bringing earplugs just in case.

Positive: Perfectly clean and bright. Loved the smooth white internal design. I had all I needed. Comfortable beds, clean and wide shower, I had also good quality bath equipments, shampoo, shower gel and exct. The kitchen equipments were new and luxury brand. Location is exactly in the heart of the city. Friendly hosts, I checked in late but they were still responding fast. Self check in was easy with the locker. Didnt push me for check out om time. It was flexible. Overall, I strongly suggest Neckar-Apart.

Positive: Very nice staff/host. Very much attentive and keen to make sure that you have good time there and feel like home. Appreciated!

Negative: In summer time it may get little warm inside the apartment as there is no Air Conditioning system. They need to provide a portable table fan now onwards! But apart from that all is good 👍

Summary: Perfekt Location and awesome host! Loved it!
