Positive: I hadn't heard great things about Labuan before I visited. I booked this place last minute in the airport and looking around Labaun for options, nothing seemed to get great reviews. This place stood out and it's for good reason. The staff members are all incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. The location is great, you can walk to all the main places and it was very quiet at night time. Don't have to worry about construction or noise from any clubs.
Summary: Lovely place for a couple of days!

Positive: From the moment I stepped into the entrance and reception area, I was welcomed by a pleasant fragrance that created a calm and relaxing atmosphere, just like walking into a five-star hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the Smart TV, which offered a wide selection of channels and streaming services. As a football fan, I was especially happy that I could watch all my favourite FIFA World Cup matches without missing a game. It truly felt like being at home. The in-room facilities were also exceptionally complete. The room came with an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and quality toiletries—amenities that are rarely provided by budget hotels. These thoughtful touches made my stay even more comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, Neela House offers excellent value for money. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose to stay here again whenever I visit Labuan. Highly recommended!
Negative: Nothing. Everything was excellent and exceeded my expectations.
