Summary: My stay at Negril Palms was a little under “okay.” I checked in around 6:00 PM and was extremely tired after traveling. The first room I was assigned had a lot of ants, which was very uncomfortable. I was then moved to a second room, but the key did not work. After going back and forth, I was finally given a third room that worked. By that time, I was hungry, so I went to the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience there was disappointing. The male server (with a noticeable spot on his face) made me feel like I was bothering him. After I placed my dinner order, he never asked if I wanted a drink. I eventually had to go back to my room to get my own glass of wine. Because of this experience, I did not eat at the hotel restaurant again during my stay. Instead, I found a restaurant near the hotel, where the service and food were amazing, and I had all of my meals there. (Miss Elliy) Throughout my stay, there was constant noise and fighting, which made it difficult to relax. One morning, my car was blocked in, and I was almost late for an appointment. Overall, I found the staff to be unfriendly and rude, and my experience did not meet expectations.

Summary: The scenery itself made it an experience for my Queen, she never been to Negril. The comfort of walking out our rooms to the beach, other beach restaurants was all convenient. I'm thankful all I spoke about the place came to the real LyFe experience. Thank You 😎

Summary: Travelling solo it was a great place to relax and unwind in September, the pool and beach were beautiful. Room was clean and the fridge was an added bonus. The grounds reminded me of a rain forest especially when it was raining I was still able to sit on my patio and enjoy it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again.

Summary: Negril Palms Review Overall, Negril Palms served its purpose and offered great value for the price. The property provided easy parking, and I appreciated that the ackee and saltfish breakfast was both authentic and very affordable. The main drawback was my room location. I stayed on the ground floor near the entrance, which meant I could hear guests coming and going throughout the day. Next time, I would request the same room on a higher floor for more privacy and quiet. Rating: 4/5 – Excellent value and convenience, with room location being the main area for improvement.
