Summary:
This brand new 4-bedroom/2.5-bathroom home offers an open-concept living space downstairs with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bath! The 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are upstairs. Only 10 minutes to Fort Moore and 15 minutes to downtown Columbus! Onsite laundry, off street parking, free wifi, and pets are welcome with a fee! We would love to host you!
The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will find the living room and fully-equipped eat-in kitchen on the main floor. The living room has one full sofa bed, a futon, and a large SmartTV. The kitchen has all the essential cookware and dinnerware, and there are two dining tables for meal times.
Upstairs are all four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom features a queen and full bed. The second has a queen bed. The third room has two twin beds. The final bedroom has a king bed.
Out back, a grill is available for use.
***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.***

This is a quiet family-friendly neighborhood consisting primarily of current and retired military members and their families. Great spot!
Getting Around:
You will need a car or will have to take a cab because there isn't any public transit in the neighborhood.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We will always have someone who can come and help if you need anything, but we also trust our guests, and want them to feel completely at home. So unless you need us, we will make sure you are able to enjoy privacy. Checkin is flexible as long as you are arriving after 3:00 p.m. So don't worry about getting held-up in traffic or landing on a late flight. All of that said, if you ever do need us, we are only a phone call away!

Summary: Plenty of space for our diverse group of 10. Everyone had a bed, and it was nice to be able to cook in the kitchen and use the outdoor grill. We were in town for a graduation at Fort Moore and this was the perfect little drive to and from the base.

Summary: Management responded rapidly to every issue. The property was decently priced and in a good location. However, this is a very basic and sparsely furnished home- no frills. No dressers, one TV in the entire home, and most things are threadbare and in need of updating, repair, or paint/cleaning. However, we had plenty of dishes! We had brought extra silverware (only a few forks there) and pots but the house was well stocked. The home was a good deal for the price and unlike most managed properties we’ve stayed in- the Patriot folks were on it, even over a holiday-to address concerns. The backyard space was fun for the kids. A mop and vacuum would be very helpful in the house! Kitchen was big and I sat up a folding 6 ft table in there for serving soldiers Thanksgiving. If you need a basic space for a good price in Columbus- this is a good bet because management is dependable.

Summary: We visited Columbus for a softball tournament. I had 10 guys stay in the house. Everything was really nice until we opened the garage door…….. The garage was covered in dog crap everywhere. If that isn’t enough, there was an old dog food bowl full of rotten food with mold growing in it. Unbelievable that the house keeper didn’t smell it, much less even check the garage.

Summary: The rooms looked like their pictures, but that was about the only part that was what it seemed. We got there and the up stairs air was not on and it was 80+. Took several hours for temp to come down. In the bathrooms the tubs did not drain well, there was not sufficient hot water, and water pressure was poor. One of the bed frames was leaning and about to fall apart. There were several dirty dishes. There were quite a few stuff marks and other dirt on the wall. The Tv did not work or was not hooked up correctly. We were disappointed as this was to be a special trip for us. Would not stay there again.

Summary: The house was PERFECT! We were visiting our home town and wanted something with a lot of space. The owners were very accommodating, and it was so clean and relaxing. It felt like being at home away from home. We hope to be able to rent this house for our family every time we come home to visit.
