Stunning modern home positioned directly above the Cut - Nelson's iconic harbour entrance, offering stunning Sea views over the Bay and the endless show of boats coming in and out the harbour. You'll enjoy watching at the ballet of the little yacht club sailors practise, or following the sailing boats on the Wednesday regattas.The views and all day sun stream into the living area, and across the outdoor entertaining deck. Excellent indoor-outdoor flow via large sliding doors that open from the open kitchen/dining and living room areas to an alfresco dining setting.
You’ll enjoy a modern decor, fully-equipped kitchen, plush carpets underfoot, Heat pump, TV with FreeView and DVD, free high speed WiFi internet and outside parking space.
Laundry facilities include washing machine, dryer and a large desk. We provide all linens including towels, pantry and sanitary basics, linen service and standard housekeeping at departure.
An easy walk down to The Boatshed, Harbour Light, Nahm and Styx waterfront restaurant and cafes, Above the Cut is also only a few minutes drive to the beach and Nelson city centre.

Summary: The team who stayed at this property said it worked well for the group. The only issue was a very bad smell coming from the kitchen sink owing to a blockage. They fixed this themselves.
