Summary: This property suited our group perfectly. We had 5 family groups and everyone had their on space. Every bedroom had it’s on bathroom which was super convenient. The pool came in handy to keep the younger kids occupied during transition times between river fun and dove hunting. The cabana with griddle, bar and integrated music/ TV made for an awesome morning breakfast spot and nightly hangout.

Summary: Great property and very outdoor centered. We loved hanging out and chilling in the pool. Plenty of parking, AC was pumping even in 110 degree weather, great great great. We will be back.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property. However, our 3:30p check-in was delayed due to another property taking too long to clean. The management notified us of the delay before we arrived but we didn’t have anywhere else to go to wait out the time. I am someone that understands having to deal with issues out of your control so I remained calm and worked through the wait time. The only issue I had with waiting was that no one could tell me when the house was going to be cleaned. Our group patiently waited outside until 5:45p to move our belongings inside. While waiting I took it upon myself to spot clean the outdoor kitchen and refrigerator, removing and scrubbing all of the refrigerator and freezer shelves. I requested for someone to come clean the rest of the outdoor kitchen area but no one ever showed up (I was told they would be there within an hour). After we got in the house all was great… or so we thought. Once everyone went to take shower on Friday night we discovered that no bath towels were provided in the master and only (2) were provided in the upstairs bathrooms (each should have had at least 4 towels in each). Then my wife woke up Saturday morning to water raining down from the ceiling in the master bathroom. There was a leak in one of the shower drains on the second floor and it came raining down through one of the down-lights in the master bathroom. Not much the maintenance company could do while we there so we just lost one of the showers for the last night of our stay. All in all the house was great for our group and we all had a great time. I am just hopeful that the management company with realize all of the issues we encountered and how easy going we were through all of them.
