Positive: A beautifully appointed cottage in an unbelievable location. Right in the centre! The cottage has absolutely everything you need for a perfect stay. It is spacious and easily accommodates 5 people, which was the number in our party. The owners are quick to answer any questions you have too. Cannot rate this place highly enough. Three bathrooms was a particular highlight for us, so there was no bathroom sharing. A true gem in every sense.
Negative: Parking is tricky, but not insurmountable. Due to the nature of the accommodation generally in the centre of the town (mainly terraced cottages)parking is on street. The entry for Conwy on VisitWales says there are car parks which have 24 hour/overnight parking, but this didn’t appear to be the case when we tried to find one. There is on street parking outside Neptune Cottage, but its ’first come first served’ and there was already someone in front of it when we arrived. However there was on street parking on another street. If you are going in two or more cars, you need to be prepared for this.
Summary: Perfect cottage in the perfect location - cannot better it!!

Positive: We highly recommend Neptune Cottage. Overall, the house is great - wonderfully located, spacious, well decorated and equipped, plus very clean and comfortable.
Negative: The process for arranging a credit card to cover the Good Housekeeping Bond needs simplying. Ended up having to phone Skyes Holiday Cottages directly as tried using their WhatsApp message service initially but got no response. Hard to find their phone number and opening hours and then waited a very long time with no reply first time but answered quite quickly following day and credit card details taken. Should be able to do this online.
Summary: We all had a wonderful 4 nights stay at Neptune Cottage and were blessed with beautiful weather as well!

Positive: Recently renovated and freshly painted it was very clean and tidy.kitchen was better equipped than most rentals we have used before. Bathrooms were a highlight and the0 hot tub in back patio. Location was ex Collect for our group to walk to restaurants and shops.
Negative: The bed comfort could be improved in the double bedroom.

Positive: Very comfortable cottage with nicely updated furnishings throughout, wifi was fast, smart TV's in the living room and all bedrooms. Very nice having the hot tub in back. Street parking in front of the house, we mostly used Mt Pleasant Car park about a 3-4 minute walk just outside the walls which was 6 pounds for 24 hours. Lots of room for our family of 4. Good value for the price, close to a grocery store and several restaurants. I'd certainly stay here again.
Negative: A washing machine would be handy, but there is a laundromat in town.
Summary: Very nice roomy cottage with a hot tub and parking.
