Negative: It was very noisy at night from the local bar which continued till approx 3am .. earplugs needed

Positive: Ocean facing terrace. Nice pool area, Playa de la Arena easily accessible
Negative: Noise during the nights from the bar. No AC, no washing machine. Kitchen misses some bowls, bigger cups, majority of pots were burned. We reported damaged electric socket and it was fixed only after 5 days (we were staying with toddler). Also, towels for the baby weren't provided at first. No pool towels, towels are not changed during the stay

Positive: All was as described. Keys were left in the locker at front door of the property. Free taxi by booking.com was a great value!
Negative: The sunbed allocation was not as it was described. No sunbed with N62 was marked, so we could not identify one. The water drainage in the showers could be better. Charge of 193 euros for cleaning was far too high.

Negative: Would have liked a wok, a cafetière, a few mugs or larger cups - that’s just a personal opinion and very minor.
Summary: We very much appreciated the proactive manner of the hosts. We loved our stay.

Positive: The location is superb, with waves crashing onto volcanic rocks just outside the balcony (but good soundproofing!). The apartment is spacious and clean. The saltwater pool is chilly but welcome on a hot day and there are 2 sunbeds available for the apartment.
Negative: The showers - both have leaks.
Summary: A comfortable apartment with a spectacular view in a good location for shops, restaurants and beach

Positive: These are cool apartments. A convenient location for a relaxing holiday. Beautiful view of the ocean. The noise of the ocean accompanies you all your vacation. That's great. We'll come back here again.
Negative: It's probably already worth replacing the washing machine. But that is very outdated. It is not clear how to choose the necessary mode of operation. And install interior locks on the doors in the bedrooms. People need personal space...
