Positive: We stayed for one night with our child, and the hotel’s location was excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the Colosseum. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The food was good, with complimentary drinks available, and the breakfast was outstanding. One staff member went above and beyond by assisting us with our luggage and accommodating our needs. I would highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with kids.

Positive: Extremely clean and comfortable, welcome gifts on arrival, phenomenal location. Such kind hosts. We had an issue with a a passport that did not affect them but they did everything they could to help us. Also the drink tokens were a nice touch, and breakfast was phenomenal

Positive: Nerva Boutique Hotel is brilliantly located, and we enjoyed a one-night stay in the suite with terrace. The terrace was lovely, and the rooms were beautifully decorated with a personal touch. The staff who assisted us were incredibly helpful, especially Liuba who went above and beyond. The breakfast was very high quality, both the food and setting. We’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

Positive: The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The location was the best thing about the hotel - right next to the Roman Forum and steps to the Colosseum. The staff were very good, especially the front desk and breakfast staff.
Negative: The bed was a little narrow and there wasn't a good bedside reading light.
Summary: I would definitely stay again, I highly recommend it.

Positive: Friendly staff, 24/7 concierge, modern and beautiful room and hotel, and amazing location! A 5 minute walk to the colosseum, 12 min to trevi fountain, etc. Perfect for a trip to Rome. Stayed in the single room and it was perfect for 1 person.

Negative: The rooms were small. We booked two rooms under one reservation, but they were not located near each other. One of the rooms was in a separate building from the main lobby, and to access it, you had to go through several locked doors. It wasn’t very convenient.
