Are you looking for a a coastal getaway that is walking distance to the beach, surrounded by parkland and walking/bike tracks and close to great cafes and restaurants, golf courses, that is close to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle .... then look no further.
This home will satisfy all your holiday needs. Located in a quiet Court in the Quay, within walking distance to enjoy Torquay's front beach and fantastic recreational spaces, Torquay lawn bowls, football and soccer ovals. If golf is your thing, then The Sands is walking distance and it is only a short drive to 13th Beach golf course and the RACV golf course and club. Jump in the car and within minutes you can experience some of the best surf beaches (i.e. Bells) in Australia. Located approx.1 kilometre from the new North Torquay shopping centre with its large Woolworths supermarket and bottle shop, cafe, pizza & pasta restaurant, chemist, hairdresser etc.
The 'Nest' has been deliberately equipped to accommodate large families group or holidaying couples. Containing 4 x generous sized bedrooms, 1 x King Bed with deluxe mattress, 2 x Pillow top Queen sized beds, 2 sets of single bunks with deluxe mattress ( total 4 beds ), 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms (inc. bath) and the use of a double lock up garage. The fully enclosed and very secure backyard has a lockable gate in the back fence that provides direct access to parkland and walking / bike tracks on the other side of the fence. Double glazing and split system cooling and ducted heating will ensure you are comfortable all year round.

Summary: The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The location is in a new residential area of Torquay. A little too far to walk to the beach but ample parking was available there and the beach is great fir families with children.

Summary: We had a very good Christmas with our family, in the house. Everything was as expected (or, in many cases, even better). The accommodation was excellent and very comfortable for us all. The house was extremely well supplied with everything we needed to prepare and enjoy a full Christmas dinner. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. We would certainly stay there again and we do recommend it to others. Thank you Michell and Lee for all the effort you put in to make our stay memorable. Iain & Leslie.

Summary: This property did not disappoint! From the time we were greeted by our host, we felt welcome and at home in the stylish, comfortable decor. Everything we needed was at hand with thoughtful special touches and we enjoyed our short break in a beautiful part of the coast. Very spacious and well suited to us as 3 couples. Summary: The house is wonderful, the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need, so many personal touches. The size is wonderful and comfortably accommodated the 8 of us and we never felt cramped. The beach is a short 10 minute walk and main st a 5 min drive but there is a Woolies 1 min away by car which was very handy. The quality of the house was amazing, you can tell the owners take pride in it. The location was nice and quiet. We look forward to staying again.

Summary: This well presented home is in a quiet but most convenient location. Close to the Dunes shopping village , a children’s playground and in walking distance to Whites beach, the home is ideally placed for a great family holiday. The home is well set up for people of all ages and Michelle goes out of her way to ensure everything is as you would expect. Highly recommended.

The house is wonderfully presented with all the things you could want for a great holiday and its is super clean and tidy. The host Michelle makes everything so easy for you. Summary: Beautiful family home with generous and comfortable spaces, The kitchen was a joy to cater in, fully equipped with everything we needed. Backyard with deck and barbecue and gate opening onto a park for kids young and old to play cricket or throw a vortex! Short cycle or walk to local supermarket, a few more minutes to incredible Torquay beaches. A memorable Christmas vacation with our family.
