Summary: Loved this small, cozy and quiet motel. Easy to get to and convenient to places in Watertown, NY. Owner is doing renovation to the motel but it does not affect the rooms he is renting out. Room and bathroom were clean and the king size bed extremely comfortable with quality linens. Price was very reasonable and will definitely stay there again on future trips

Summary: The motel is placed at a good place, there is a good amount of stores & food places nearby. The motel itself is pretty clean and we didnt have issues with anything

Summary: Pros: check in/out was very quick, super quiet Cons: heat was set to 58 degrees in February, fridge wasn’t turned on, no black out curtains with a super bright light right outside the window, and plastic on the mattresses which made any movement wake up the entire room. There was also an open receptacle box in the ceiling and an unfinished hole in the wall under the bathroom sink.

Summary: Clean basic room good for the price stayed here a few times never had a complaint. Quiet just outside of town but close enough to everything

Summary: Staff was awesome as always. Friendly and Kind. Always quick to address any issues and you can see the improvement the owner is bringing to the property, every stay the property gets better and better.

Summary: Excellent stay, host is courteous, helpful, and very timely in response to any issues you may have with the room. The building isn’t perfect, but the owner is working hard to make it a safe, clean, and comfortable stay for all of his guests. Definitely will stay again.
