Summary: Wonderful. Super comfortable, well appointed and spotless. Very charming too - lovely furnishings. Think the highest house of the island with the most incredible views. Castello itself is wonderful, and the bays and beaches are lovely. Great hols!

Summary: We spent 5 glorious days in the "eagle's nest" overlooking Castello. A very steep driveway from Castello's main piazza leads to the cozy house which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the panoramic view was amazing! The owner, Mr. Sergio, was absolutely lovely; he was very responsive to questions, provided thorough instructions about the house, and even arranged a special evening of aperitifs and dinner at a wonderful restaurant on my birthday. Our time in Giglio was simply magical thanks to Mr. Sergio!

Summary: We loved our 2 week stay in this house on Giglio.If you want to stay in an oasis of peace with beautiful views overlooking Castello and the sea, surrounded by nature, then we would certainly recommend this location.

Summary: "A comfortable and practical house with impressive views in all directions but particularly over the charmingly Italian village of Castello, conveniently situated a couple of minutes away by foot. Beautiful walks covering much of the island can be taken directly from the front door. Incredibly peaceful environment. Our 4 children all under the age of 12 slept until 10 am every morning. Just writing about the house is making me feel nostalgic! And on top of this extremely pleasant owners.... we had a wonderful 2 weeks!"

Summary: "This house is an oasis of tranquility. Being situated above the Castello it offers a birds eye view of the main piazza and the vista is breath taking. The house is clean, well equiped and convenient. The climb up to the house is very steep but is well worth it. I would highly recomend it."
