We live in the heart of the historic center of Paris, and are close to all activities within walking distance.
My wife and I are designer, decorator and adore to travel and we like to live each destination as a "local" that's why we want to share our Parisian experience for people who have the same desire.
The apartment is a cocoon Parisien duplex on the top floor of a building of 5 floors (no elevator) with a flowered terrace overlooking one of the oldest district of Paris.

Summary: My husband and I rented this property to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in Paris. We checked in on May 28, 2023 for our 11 day stay. That evening we went out for some groceries. We left them on the kitchen counter and went to bed. The next morning we found that mice had eaten into the packages. We called the host immediately who had an exterminator come in two days (May 31st). The exterminator set traps and said that would take care of it, so we stayed. The owner told us to keep all of our food in the refrigerator, which we did. On June 1st when we came back from a day of sightseeing, we saw more evidence of mice. The host had the exterminator return who set sound devices that were supposed to keep the mice away. On June 2nd I sat on the balcony to enjoy a glass of rose and some crackers and a mouse ran across the bench. Later we found mouse poop on our bed! We never ate in our bed! We could no longer stay due to the mouse infestation,so we vacated the property on June 3rd and had to pay for a stay in a hotel for the remainder of our trip. The host made repeated promises that he would reimburse us $1,966.00 for the days we had to stay in a hotel, but as of today, we have not received the refund. Also, the listing was not accurate. There was no television or dryer in the apartment as listed, only a washer that was practically inaccessible. We went to a laundry mat to do our laundry. Sad to say, this was not the anniversary trip we dreamed of.

Summary: Amazing view and Perfect location! Very quaint beautiful little apartment. You do have to go up to six flights of stairs, but they are beautiful and you get used to it, it was worth it to stay in such a beautiful place. The owner was so accessible and answered many questions we had about Paris. I would definitely recommend this property!

Summary: This apartment was exactly as advertised and we loved the neighborhood it was in as it felt like it was further from all the tourists, but close to the metro so easy to get around and great local restaurants. It was a bit hot with no AC in summer and the stairs are no joke, but we loved our stay.

Summary: The apartment was greasy and dusty. The stairs are a nightmare. Never drink the wine they offer you. We had a lot of company: mice! The agency said that was "no problem". So keep away from this place, when you prefer to enjoy Paris!

Summary: This apartment is gorgeous with great decor and a lovely balcony. The neighborhood is lively and walking distance to major attractions. Benjamin was a great host, very attentive to our needs. The slightly lower rating was due to 2 things. First, the description said 2 king beds but there was only 1 and then 2 twins in a kids room. The second issue was dealing with a rat problem in the apt. It may have just been due to recent trash collection protests and Benjamin was great in providing a mid-visit cleaning. However, guests should be aware to keep all food in the fridge. I also need to give a shout out to Benjamin again for being so accommodating. He went over and above to make our visit enjoyable. Thank you Benjamin!

Summary: This loft apartment is well-located in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris. It's close to the Marais and to Opera Garnier, to name a few areas. The apartment is comfortable but could be cleaner and a bit better organized. There were some dusty surfaces and some clutter. The beds were comfortable and the soaking tubs were great.

Summary: We loved our stay at this flat! It was impeccably decorated with delightful surprises everywhere. There location is fantastic and great bars / restaurants right below. Yes the stairs are a challenge after a long day (and with luggage), but it's worth it! There were a few issues, to be expected in the location, but she was very communicative and helpful every time. We loved our time there.
