Positive: The property was in a perfect location for me. Parking was available directly outside and the proprietors were extremely helpful. A few steps from the back garden were beautiful walks along the river. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Whilst the facilities would probably not be suitable for a longer stay I would strongly recommend this property.

Negative: I had perhaps not realised from the description that the pub beer garden was next to the property, though the property matched its description in all other ways.

Summary: A little gem for a short stay.

Positive: A return stay while visiting our son in Southampton. Love the location , free car parking and The Old Ship Inn only a few strides away . Ideal for us with having 2 small dogs , nice walks in the area and the pub is very dog friendly. Swimming pool at the property will be a brilliant bonus once the summer arrives .

Positive: I liked the annexe the bed was comfy the walk on the Marine was really nice people who owned it was nice

Negative: Bathroom was very tight , No signal WiFi didnt work not really any privacy felt abit on edge Thought wasn't worth the price Women said she was away so couldn't have the breakfast but she was there slabs in garden were dangerous to walk on not really like the pictures sat on garden suit felt like it was going to break will deff not go back just didnt feel right

Negative: We felt that the outside could use a bit of TLC. Some new sun loungers, table and chairs. Although the pool was lovely with a bit of a spruce up (parts of the boarder falling off). It would take it to the next level.
