Positive: We love this hotel, the wellness is simply perfect for us! We love it! We like also the apartment as it is spacious and very calm, little bit outside from hotel. We like breakfast as well and very nice staff.
Negative: There is nothing we dislike. Few things could be improved. E.g., the mattress could be better, it is quite hard. I would also prefer more local foods for the dinner.
Summary: We love this hotel :-) I hope we will be back very soon!

Positive: What a beautiful resort! Facilities were outstanding, as was the cleanliness of the hotel. The food was superb too.
Negative: Overall, the hotel is amazing. The slight disappointment was perhaps some of the staff. Some were friendly and helpful, and some were unfortunately not too hospitable.

Positive: The spa is amazing, absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was great too lots of choice including gluten free options.
Negative: The room was absolutely nothing like the pictures, booking.com was incredibly misleading showing ultra modern rooms. Our room was very old fashioned and stunk fusty and like cigarettes. This was our honeymoon and we were very disappointed with the room but when we told them it smelt, they said they had no other rooms spare. They did spray the room for us.
Summary: Stunning spa, room nothing like advertised. Such a huge contrast between spa and rooms.
