Positive: Nice and comfortable studio apartment perfect for a couple. It was quite spacious for a studio, with a kitchen area and a sitting area, in addition to the sleeping area (all open plan). No fuss check in process with keys in a keybox in main hall (and front door with code access). Cristina, the host, was in contact by text throughout the stay and she was extremelly friendly and welcoming. Campolide is a nice quiet place to stay, mostly residential and local, with a good selection of cafes, shops and restaurants.
Negative: Apartment on the top floor, and the staircase is tight and steep (although this is expected for traditional buildings).

Positive: Central location, buses, shops, cafés all close by. Comfortable bed. All questions answered promptly and helpfully via WhatsApp. Compact studio with everything necessary for my stay provided.
Negative: Under a flight path so some noise, but not overnight. On 2nd floor, with no lift, which was fine but might not suit some. (Seems weird to meet nobody involved with the rental, but I guess that's how it's done these days )

Positive: This apartment was cozy and comfortable, in a quiet residential area, yet within easy reach by public transit of all points of interest in Lisboa. The liason, Cristina, was very nice and helpful. When we return to the city, we will stay here again.

Positive: A clean, well-equipped appartman. The appartman is located in a quite street but with several buses and metro lines in walking distance.
Negative: Maybe the kitchen could hold a few more glasses and plates, but it would be only an ice on the cake.
Summary: Really a valu choice. Good offer for the price in Lisbon.

Positive: It's a small cosy place with everything necessary for a stay. It is situated in lovely calm district, the house is old and you can feel real Portuguese life.
Negative: The apartment is really small. It is on the 2nd floor and can be difficult to climb stairs. The lamp in the staircase was not functioning. The place is not fat from city center, but still too far to go on foot. There are different buses, but no metro station. Buses are always late. You can always hear airplanes there. It can be not comfortable in the morning.
