Summary: The initial checkin was problematic: automated system not responsive to name, reservation # etc. Phone numbers provided for assistance did not include all numerals. But an email from Claudia who came immediately rectified. The studio had a fully functional kitchen. Bath was modern & elegant. I was fortunate to be given a courtyard room. Streetside would have been traffic noise heavy. Across the street bakery & restaurants convenient. Discount grocery nearby. I would stay again.

Summary: A compact apartment for two that was clean and efficient. Check-in process worked well and communication with landlord was always good. The neighborhood is safe with grocery and pharmacy a block away. DM store was a bit of a walk though. Several German restaurants with beer gardens nearby. Learned many Bavarian food idioms at those restaurants. 55 bus, which runs frequently, connects well to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn systems. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Very nice, newer building. Conveniently located to bus line, bakery and grocery. Also very easy to get to central Munich via the bus, U Bahn and S Bahn. The room was very comfortable, bright and airy. Stayed here ten nights and would definitely look to stay here again on my next visit to Germany.

Summary: This place was a spacious studio apt with Bus 55 literally right outside your door to take you to Ost Bahnhof, all S-Bahn stations and U-Bahn stations. Opposite way is nice mall. Small local Aldi grocery store just 2 minute walk! Great location! Stefan, Claudia, and staff were all super nice and helpful. Our apt did face the street so because we kept windows open all the time was pretty noisy but we managed to tune it out with earbuds, earplugs, or TV. We definitely would come again on our next visit to Germany

Summary: My wife and I stayed for 5 weeks to be in Munich for the birth of our grandchild. (We are from the US.) The unit met our expectations, was clean and was functional for an extended stay. The mattress was quite firm, which was fine for us. There was convenient access to the MVG bus system which we used daily. Overall a very nice stay.
