Villa Lavanda is situated in the very heart of Istria. Beaches in Rovinj, charming medieval towns of inner Istria, historic monuments of Pula ... are all within 30 minutes from the house. The supermarket, restaurants, shops are within 10 minutes drive.
The house is newly built and modernly decorated. The outside features a closed and fenced private garden with a large pool, sunbeds, parasols, plenty of space for children, charcoal grill and a large outside dining table.
The interior is new and modern. There are 6 beautiful bedrooms, and with the living room sofa, the house has a capacity for 14 people. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet, a large kitchen and a spacious and comfortable living room. The first floor has 3 more bedrooms, a bathroom with a separate toilet, and a second kitchen. The interior is air-conditioned, the house has free FLAT WiFi for our guests, private parking is ensured.

Summary: Villa Lavanda First of all - our Stay was great. The modern villa was perfectly suited for our travelling group. You don´t need to be a big family to stay here since there are two entries to separate apartments with individual bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms. So just gather some friends and have a good vacation. No matter if it is for partying or just relaxing. Not only was the house modern, tidy and clean it also provides a huge garden with a pool, which is perfect to cool down on hot days. The house owners live directly next to it and were very punctual for checking in and out. More important they were extremely friendly and always cooperative - so don´t hesitate to ask them whatever it is. But don`t be afraid they won´t observe nor disturb you. We agreed on not playing music outside the house after 11p.m. but I remember at least two times sitting on the balcony enjoying my playlist past midnight ;) So we had a week full of sun, fun, activities around the pool and games in the garden. It might seem as if the house were kinda far away from the ocean but it only took us 20 to 30 mins to reach the beach at punta corrente. And cities like Novingrad, Rovinji, Porec and Pula are also not too far as long as you have a car. So if you want to spend a good time in the sun, chilling at the pool, playing basketball and other outdoor games, while living in a modern apartment I can highly recommend you Villa Lavanda.

Summary: We were 13 people, enjoying the house for 1 week. We had a great time, the house was amazing, the pool was great and family zgrablíc did a very warm welcome for us. we would recommend the house for groups as well as for families.
