Summary: Great property with lots of room. No oven, crockpot or instapot. Was missing a can opener, but owner provided one from upstairs. No thermostat in unit. Could be pretty cold at times. Lots of stomping, hammering and kid noise. Overall was a good time.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying in this home. It was clean, well stocked with towels, blankets, and breakfast food. We appreciated the food especially since we had arrived so late and didn't have time for grocery shopping. It was a little noisy at times upstairs, but that didn't really bother us. We enjoyed our stay and would definately book here again if needed.

Summary: I honestly didn’t realize when I booked this that it was someone’s basement. I just assumed that the “remodeled basement” was an added bonus. It’s very spacious and clean. Great for large families. Amply stocked with everything needed, including snacks, etc, which was nice. Overall it was a nice stay. It is worth noting that he owner has active children that like to run around the house, which can be heard in the basement. It didn’t bother us much because we weren’t there too often during our stay.

Summary: We used this property as home base during a busy wedding weekend. The owner lives upstairs. He was very accommodating and understanding with all the extra non-sleepover guests we had coming and going, and parking cars all over the place. There wasn’t any info on the reservation for check out procedures, so I just left it clean to the standard of other VRBOs I’ve stayed in. The property was spacious and well lit for a basement. The location was perfect for our activities this weekend.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and spacious. The host provided some thoughtful touches like a first aid kit and snacks. There was a full size washer and dryer with detergent. The bathrooms were very clean and included full size shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The water pressure was good and the beds were comfortable. Some things that would have made it five stars were a clearer check in process. I was provided with the key code to access the home but no directions on where to actually access the property. It is a basement apartment with access on the side of the house behind a fence. It took us a while to figure it out. You also don’t have access to a thermostat so the home was a bit cold but there are lots of blankets. The kitchen could use some more dishes and hand towels but we would stay there again in the future.
