SUP, canoe and dock space available if you want to bring your boat. This beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home has plenty to offer. Located 10 minutes from downtown Arley.
Only 22 minutes from exit 308 off 65. 15 mins by boat or car to Dunkin Bridge + Duskin Point. High speed wifi makes communicating and relaxing easy!
With 4 bedrooms, two living areas, an upper deck, a balcony and a screened in patio and it's own dock you'll have all that you need for a little R + R on the water. This home is brand new updated with all new furniture / mattresses / linens and decor. We built this home to share with friends + family - we hope you will enjoy making memories in a comfortable environment too!

Summary: What a great place to ring in fall. The fire pit, easy walk to the water, fireplace and more. This is such a beautiful home and in a wonderful location! We had a blast skipping rocks and checking for animal prints in the mornings. Also, the stars from the deck at night are incredible! We hope to be back very soon! Just lovely!
