Summary: I chose the location for ease of access to Hayden Homes Ampitheater. It was easy to get there and also centrally located to stores, shopping etc. The unit was well equipped and very cute and functional for what we needed. I would rent any of these units again 100%!

Summary: Loved having the river outside the front door. Very clean. Easy drive to everything we wanted to see. The air conditioner was noisy the second night so we turned it off and ran the fan.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the condo! It was clean, super comfy, & close to Old Mill/Hayden Homes. I was able to enjoy an early morning run & soak up some sunshine in the sitting area next to the river. I had 2 fourteen year olds with me for the weekend & they said the bed was great. I slept on the pull out & honestly it was the most comfortable sofa bed I’ve ever slept on. Truly a wonderful place to stay in Bend!

Summary: My mom and I had a pleasant experience staying here. We were blown away by how clean and refreshing the inside was. Very safe location and near all the shops. Spent a lot of time outside enjoying the view of the water. Definitely would recommend this place for two people wanting to get away in Bend for the weekend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Mt Jefferson condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 3! It was within a 10 minute drive to mostly everything we wanted to do, and a 20-25 minute drive to the airport and fairgrounds (we were in town for FairWell Festival.) The staff was extremely helpful via the text line. My only suggestion would be to provide more detailed directions as we arrived late at night and the slightly off-street location was a bit confusing in the dark. Otherwise everything was fantastic! We’d definitely recommend this property.

Reviewer Comments: Located right across a peaceful canal from an interneighborhood bike path, this rental was new, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Outfitted with the right amount of pots, pans, and disposables to have a really nice stay. The rental company was helpful the entire time and really kind. Would definitely recommend this or any of the other rentals in this little pocket of Bend.While it isn't easily walkable from the core neighborhoods in Bend, it is a really smooth bikeride and quick drive. The canal really makes it feel like a peaceful setting. Thanks again.

Summary: While the unit itself appeared nice, there were substantive problems there. The water heater wasnt on upon arrival and only discovered when no hot water. It would take hours later before enough hot water heated for shower. Bigger issue is the AC unit being broken during the 4th of July weekend. It is 90+ outside and the AC was dripping water onto both the TV and routers in the living room. I had to unplug all the electronics which in of itself an unsafe action. So its a unit without functioning AC, TV, or wifi router. Team was unable to promise a fix in time so I just moved out. Could be a nice unit if the AC was working and water heater was turned on some time before guest arrival.
