Summary: Meh. This place could do with a good cleaning and some attention. It was musty, dusty, and there were so many things that just needed a quick, easy fix. Nail holes in the walls, broken blinds, etc. A little TLC and a fresh coat of paint would make a world of difference in this otherwise cute home.

Distance to the everything was great! The beds are extremely comfy and exactly what you need at the end of a busy day. Took 1 star off the condition because the house needs some updates: in the kitchen cabinets & shelves hard to open or falling. Grill is in full sun. It would be great to have some shade in the back with the pool (which is the prefect size) something like a sunshade like the property next door. These updates would make this a perfect review.

Summary: This was a great house to stay with family! It was clean and very spacious. We had trouble with the tvs because they are not smart tvs but it didn’t really matter. Close to the beach and enough parking for 3 vehicles and 2 golf carts! 10/10 We are definitely staying here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we got there the house had not been cleaned, the bedding was dirty. I called and they brought sheets over immediately. The next morning they brought in a cleaner. The pool had issues with the heater. But they brought maintenance and a company in to fix it. I would recommend this place and have. They fix anything in a timely manner with a pleasant attitude. I know our visit is unusual as I have been recommended from someone else.

Reviewer Comments: I was so disgusted theirs rats n house ..the trash can was allready filled when we arrived there..one of the drawers was cracked in the refergator ..we had to go throw ur own trash ..and then we were evacuated..we were told a credit would go to my card..we had to hide all bread and tortillas things they could get into..vert disappointed especially having my grandparents with me..
