Summary: Nicely renovated condo with a lovely balcony to enjoy the sunrise! Fully equipped. Within easy walking distance to the harbor, promenade and historic downtown Melbourne. Easy drive to other space coast towns. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: The space itself was very quaint and cozy. Sitting out on the balcony is also a plus. The only suggestion I would make is to have the couch cleaned, as you can see the dirt on it,so I put a blanket on it so I would feel comfortable sitting on it. I was also disappointed that the pool was not usable, that is NOT the hostesses fault, but should be noted if you are looking forward to using it like I was. The location was perfect for visiting my son at college and the beach. I would definitely stay here again. I should also note, I texted Tammy a question and she got back to me immediately.

Summary: Condo was perfect. Easy to get to all the places in Brevard County that I wanted to see. The owner was awesome. Easy to contact and work with. Parking was great! Only drawback was proximity to sound of train next block over - doesn’t run at night time though. My son walked over to check out the new high speed line. No stop yet in Brevard county. (Orlando to Miami). Next year we will definitely add that to our itinerary
