Summary: The space itself was very quaint and cozy. Sitting out on the balcony is also a plus. The only suggestion I would make is to have the couch cleaned, as you can see the dirt on it,so I put a blanket on it so I would feel comfortable sitting on it. I was also disappointed that the pool was not usable, that is NOT the hostesses fault, but should be noted if you are looking forward to using it like I was. The location was perfect for visiting my son at college and the beach. I would definitely stay here again. I should also note, I texted Tammy a question and she got back to me immediately.

Summary: Working with Tammy was wonderful. She was just a text away, whenever I had a question. The new sofa bed and bed mattress was an added bonus.I love the view and feel very safe there. I look forward to staying again.Dana

Summary: Condo was perfect. Easy to get to all the places in Brevard County that I wanted to see. The owner was awesome. Easy to contact and work with. Parking was great! Only drawback was proximity to sound of train next block over - doesn’t run at night time though. My son walked over to check out the new high speed line. No stop yet in Brevard county. (Orlando to Miami). Next year we will definitely add that to our itinerary

Summary: My husband, small dogs and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and supplied everything we needed to feel at home. The park next door, the view of the boats on the river and the ability to walk to restaurants/shops was an additional bonus. We would DEFINITELY book a stay at this location again.
