All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish, shower and laundry soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters.
Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.
All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.
~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be emailed.

Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund, 15 days prior 50% refund, 15 or less, not refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**
