New Construction 3 bedrooms, a bonus room 2 1/2 baths fully fenced dog friendly home located within 20 minutes of all the best biking, hiking and wineries around. Enjoy the fireplace, BBQ, and outdoor firepit. You are 7 minutes from Las Colonias Park (Amphitheater, Watson Island Disc Golf and the Colorado River). Less than 10 minutes to downtown for shopping, summer concerts, farmers markets, art and fruit festivals, restaurants, and breweries. All in a quiet sub. Room for the entire family.
We are taking extensive measures to ensure that you're safe in our home. In addition to our very high standard of cleanliness we have added several extra precautions including disinfecting all surfaces, which includes but not limited to pillows, mattresses, all knobs, remotes, light switches, and etc. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
We work very hard to make sure you'll feel right at home. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, ensuite full bath, walk-in closet, with a laundry area (full size washer and dryer) and a 45 inch Smart TV. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed with a 32 inch Smart TV and the 3rd bedroom has bunkbeds (twin and full). There’s a large living room with comfy reclining furniture, electric fireplace and a 65 inch Smart TV. Upstairs you'll find an additional bonus room with a futon (twin), 55 inch Smart TV, desk and chair, along with board games for adults and children. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, smoothie blender, toaster, mixer, all cookware, bake ware, dinnerware and linens. We also provide all the bedroom linens, pillows, towels, and hair dryers. In the fully fenced backyard you'll find a gas grill, patio table and firepit for your use.
We PROVIDE Netflix on all 4 TV's, however you will need to have your own subscription to stream apps, and it is your responsibility to logout upon checkout. By logging in to your account(s) you are confirming that we are not responsible in any way for the use of your accounts by future guests if you forget to log off or if your login credentials are saved in the system.
Because we love our home and want to keep it nice, we ask that you do not smoke inside or anywhere on the property. Also, we ask that you please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties allowed. We ask that you treat our home as if it were yours. This is a dedicated vacation rental and you will NOT find clothes in the closets, food in the fridge, etc. We. are great for long stays. We have everything you need.
