Gorgeous new home with 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a Hide-a-Bed. Sleeps 6 but you can ask for an air mattress to sleep 8. Beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, master suite with whirlpool tub and walk in tiled shower, king bed, electric fireplace and 43 inch tv. Living room has an electric fireplace, and 50 inch tv. Kitchenette upstairs with full size refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster oven. Full kitchen downstairs.
This beautiful home has a cozy covered front porch with 6 rocking chairs. Around back we have a fire pit with 8 seats, BBQ grill, and a small covered porch. The community boat dock is within walking distance. . Electric car charger is available at the home. Within walking distance there is another property which is available listing id 903901.
If you wish to use the fire pit you just supply your own wood

Summary: A Perfect Getaway with Exceptional Hospitality! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming VRBO home that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and kindness by the owner, Patty who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The home itself was beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy charm. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed at my fingertips. The thoughtful touches like having a crock pot and fuzzy warm throw blankets everywhere truly made me feel at home. The location was ideal, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood yet conveniently close to all the nearby town in Cadiz. I loved exploring the area during the day and returning to the comfort of the house in the evening. The gorgeous trees and the playful squirrels 🐿️ were so good for the soul! What truly set this experience apart was the owner's hospitality. They were always available to answer questions or provide recommendations, and their genuine care for my comfort was evident. After I divulged a few things that I’m walking thru currently in my life, she checked on me everyday and offered to help me find care for my mom from Ca. It felt like staying with a friend rather than just renting a property. I cannot recommend this VRBO home highly enough! If you're looking for a memorable getaway with a host who truly cares, look no further. I can't wait to return!

Summary: Nice family cabin. Patty, the owner, was an awesome host. Cabin was very clean & well stocked with the necessities. Our kids loved bunking upstairs. The balcony was a favorite spot to read, hang out, lounge on the hammock. We visited LBL 1850's Working Settlement, Bison & Elk Prairie. Venture River Waterpark (30 min) Kentucky Shores Family Fun Center (40 min). We did not utilize the boat slip this time but the kids did fish off the dock. (It is a steep trip up from the dock - good workout!) Patty was very accommodating and a pleasure to visit with. We plan to visit again!!

Summary: Nice cabin! Could use a good cleaning and work on the internet there. The cleanliness was from bugs being dead everywhere but it is by a lake so that is to be expected. Loved talking to the owner on the phone!
