Located in the beautiful Swinging Bridge Lake community, this property is just a 3 minute car ride up the hill from the two full service marinas (Starlight marina and Swinging Bridge marina) as well as the Swinging Bridge Neighborhood boat launch where you can launch your own power boat, kayak, or canoe at no cost! Food and other main shopping is less than 15 minutes away, while other attractions such as the restaurants at White Lake, Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center, Monticello Motor Club, and the World Resorts hotel and casino can be reached in 15-20 minutes.
Outside, this cozy home sits on more than 4 acres of private wooded land, and boasts 700sqft of outdoor multi-seasonal deck space with multiple sitting and lounge areas, a grill and complete dining set. And there is a fire-pit situated just off the rear deck to complete the ultimate outdoor experience.

If you are a bike rider, take advantage of the well-maintained roads in the area and enjoy miles of scenic cycling. The public boat launch, just down the hill, is the ideal spot to park and kick off your bike ride or freshwater adventure. Or if you are into mountain biking or trail hiking, you cannot do better than the Watershed trail system in Port Jervis, just 30 minutes away. Don't leave until you've reached the summit for spectacular views of the town and surrounding areas below!
