We have 3 exterior cameras in front door, side doors, garage door that will be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies/ house rules are adhered to.
Up to 4 parking spot in front of the garage.
Contact-less check in with a keypad smart lock. Same access code for both main house and guesthouse.

- No illegal substances nor activities allowed on the property.
- No noise after 9PM.

- Pool hours: 8 AM - 9PM
- Guests assume acknowledge the presence of a pool on site and assume all responsibility for use including responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age of 18.
- Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool area. Swim diapers required for children that are not potty trained
-Enjoy the swimming pool but swim at your own risk.
- No running, diving, or any type of glass in the pool area. No children swimming without adult supervision.

Summary: This is a beautiful home with plenty of potential and room for a great family get together. We had several issues with the cleanliness; the listing said there were basic cleaning supplies provided but there was only dish soap. We had to buy trash bags, Lysol, paper towels. The were no dish rags or dish towels for dishes. The kitchen faucet was very loose as was the faucet in upstairs bathroom, upstairs toilet leaked through the ceiling/light fixture to the downstairs bathroom. I sent messages to the host who responded quickly but with no results, I asked for a partial refund and two weeks later still nothing. We had to fix the float in the tiny bathroom downstairs everyone we tried tor flush. I called VRBO and they said their book with confidence guarantee only applied to booking the property but I could leave a review. Spoke to a supervisor and they offered a measly amount of points I insisted on a credit to my card and they would only offer me a little more than the cleaning fee. Took it cause I was tired of dealing with mess
