You will be sure to fall in love with old Cape Cod in this 4,500 sqft private home located on the 10th hole fairway of the championship Ocean's Course. This home has never before been available for rent until we purchased this home in 2021.
With its 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 levels, Heated Gunite Pool, Golf Course views, and Central Air this home has enough room for the largest families.

- At the topic of the wide staircase there is a loft with built-ins , large desk and sitting area overlooking living room and dining room

LOWER LEVEL LAYOUT:
- Bedroom with King Size Bed (new walls, door and closet being built for Summer 2021 to create privacy)

- Less than 1 mile to Popponesset (Poppy) Marketplace where there's live entertainment, restaurants and many fun shops and activities, fun times for the family. There are many walking/biking trials within the community.
- About 2 miles to South Cape Beach
- About 4 miles to Mashpee Commons: with a cinema, bowling alley, and many fine dining and shopping options
- Short ride to Island Queen Ferry in Falmouth for a daytrip to Martha's Vineyard. You can also catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket from Hyannis Harbor.

Summary: Four Seasons was wonderful. We traveled with our daughter and her family. The house was perfect especially for little children. We were grateful to find a crib, pack and play, and highchair which made each day so much easier. The pool and patio area were all fenced in which allowed the family to relax worry free while the children played. Four Seasons was immaculate and well stocked with every kitchen item we needed. Highly recommend this vacation home!

Summary: This was the perfect location for our family vacation. We loved spending time outside by the pool and watching golfers on the Adirondack chairs everyday. Mike and Kathan were very responsive and made the process easy.

Summary: We rented this property because my son was getting married at the Country Club and we wanted a house that we could all stay in. This was perfect. We had 6 adults and 3 children staying for the weekend. We had my grandson (6) on an inflatable bed. Mike was very prompt in answering my questions before we arrived and checked in via email to make sure we were all set. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We rented in the fall so the pool was not open, but that area looked like it had all you would need for a relaxing swim!! I highly recommend this property.

Summary: The house was gorgeous both outside and inside upon our arrival. Everything was better than the pictures and descriptions. Lots of room for my family of ten. Sitting areas were so nice. Bedrooms were so comfortable. The bathrooms were amazing. Kitchen was great. The hosts had everything and more to cook and entertain. I mean everything. Outside areas were great. Pool was fabulous. Deck areas spacious. View of the tenth hole on golf course was beautiful, as well as entertaining, watching the golfers. Our hosts had everything covered. Easy communications with them.
