Summary: Everything about this hotel is fantastic! The staff, the cleanliness, the complimentary Japanese breakfast, and the free underground secured parking! We have 2 more trips planned in August. And from now on, this hotel will be our only choice when visiting LA from our home in San Diego.

Summary: Great option when travelling to LA. We were down for the Anime Con in DTLA, and when the traffic relaxed for the World Cup, we were able to go from the hotel to the Convention Center in only 15 minutes. The area around the hotel is much safer and cleaner than DTLA as well. Enjoyed our stay!

Summary: The friendliest hotel staff I’ve encountered. Hotel was clean and quiet. Water pressure and temperature were perfect. Bidets in the bathroom were incredible. Free breakfast was so good. 10/10 would recommend. I only want to stay in Japanese hotels from now on thanks to this place.

Summary: Parking was free and in a garage. There was also a staff member on Patrol when we arrived after 9 pm. The staff was great. The room was very clean. Breakfast was part of a small restaurant connected to the hotel. Not what I was expecting but it was very good! This was a safe and clean place for our family with young kids. My only negative commit is that for the price it is an older hotel that could use some updating in the rooms. It felt a little bare-bones (no Iron, coffee pot or 2 ply TP) But the beds were comfortable (pillows were awesome), the room was clean and we felt safe! I would stay again and pay extra for those three things!
