You are welcomed to an open floor plan from the brand new kitchen with granite tops over looking the living room featuring a custom icicle wall you'll gaze over for days! The fenced in back yard is sure to impress your guests and allow for plenty of space to roam free. This home is also located in a prime location of a very family friendly city. You are literally seconds away from all the shopping you need, and less than 5 mins away from the sweet downtown feel of little town Helena. There, you'll find everything from shopping, to the best burgers in town. A must see! We can't wait to host you!

Summary: Overall, a nice, clean property. A few little things like a broken lamp and a lamp without a close wall plug were noticed in the house. The management company folks were very easy to work with and prompt to reply. All on one level, so it’s easy to maneuver for folks with mobility issues. Open and spacious inside - easy for meals and being able to enjoy each others’ company. Unfortunately, the backyard, (and the fence in particular) are in desperate need of attention: general lawn care, the fence is in disrepair (falling or propped up in places), and there were lots of previous guests’ pets ‘surprises’ in the yard. We had 2 small dogs so we managed; however, I would not recommend this home if you need a really secure backyard for your pet. But for the condition of the fence and backyard, I would have given a 5-star rating.

Summary: Over all great house. Plenty of room for 4 people. Located near grocery. Clean. Beds comfortable. Down side one room has 2 small twin. No TV in 2 rooms. We would stay here again no question

Summary: We rented this property for a youth hockey weekend. It was perfect for our needs. The teens had comfortable rooms and their own bathroom. The husband and I had the privacy of our own bathroom and the king sized bed. The kitchen was perfect for pregame breakfast. The garage was exactly what we needed to dry and air out hockey equipment after a long day of games. The teens enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard after a successful day of hockey. Also, the location was convenient to get to the ice rink and it had lots of amenities close by (chikfila being our go to fast food). If we play in Birmingham again we will definitely stay here.
