Summary: We’re in Melbourne for a softball tournament and the house was a great location to the fields. There was a late check in due to the uncleanliness of prior guests. Only recommendation is there needs to be towels for the kitchen and hot pads for cooking. The towels are pretty worn but nothing that would deter me from staying again.

Summary: House was very nice very comfortable and looks brand new. The t v especially very entertaining although it took me a little bit to get going. The hot tub wasn't there when I got there.But I found out the previous guess was negligent and ruined it.So that is not the fault of the owner.He is a very nice man.And look forward to doing business with him again lesder ortiz.
