Summary: Beautiful property right on the water. Close to town, the beach, and all other towns around Leland. House was exactly what we needed to entertain everyone. The home included bikes and water toys that we were able to leverage without having to deal with additional rentals. Thank you Joel and the rest of the team!

Summary: We really enjoyed this home. All the finishes and appliances are high end. The pictures dont really do the home justice. The location was perfect for using the river and lake as there is a dock with the home. The house comes with kayaks and paddle boards which we used a lot. The beach access does require crossing a somewhat busy road which was the only thing I didnt care for. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The house is absolutely beautiful, and gorgeously decorated. The pictures on VRBO do not do this house justice. The house is a new build that sits near other new houses near the river, and is located within 5 minutes to Downtown and nearby vineyards. Communication on the booking was excellent. We had a few questions leading up to our arrival and Joel was quick on responding and was helpful. We will be saving this listing for future trips up north.

Summary: The house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. Beautiful location on the river, easy access to Lake Michigan beach and to downtown Leland. Enjoyed the beautiful back yard patio and sitting area, had fun kayaking on the river. House was very clean and had everything we needed.

Summary: Beautiful home, beautiful setting on river. Comfortably accommodated our family of 5 adults. I sensed that this house was just recently finished and unsure if it had been rented prior to our stay. Although it advertised as a "sleeps 10" rental, there were only 4 dinner plates and only 2 kitchen towels. Due to COVID, we prepared all of our meals in-house so both of these items were a problem. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

Summary: We came up for a short girls getaway and barely left the house! It's beautifully designed and had everything we needed. The location on the river is perfect and we loved being so close to town. We definitely want to come back, especially in the warmer months to take advantage of the water! Thank you!
